Turmeric Pain Relief Juice can be used as an easy, healthy, drug free alternative to relieve the pain of inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis and more.
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 inch piece of ginger root
- 1.5 inches of turmeric root
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 cups of freshly chopped pineapple
- Wash, prep and chop all of your ingredients.
- Process through your juicer.
- Drink immediately.
- Enjoy the pain relief of turmeric!
